2023: I’ll run inclusive govt in Taraba state, says Baido

Honourable Danladi Baido, a governorship aspirant under the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Taraba state has pledged to run an all inclusive administration if he win the party’s ticket.

Baido, a former Taraba state Commissioner of Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs and Chairman Local Joint Account (JAC), expressed optimism that the SDP will triumph at the polls next year in Taraba state, saying he will bring his wealth of experience to govern the state if elected.

In a statement on Friday by his media office and made available to SINL Nigeria Online, Baido noted that his blueprint for the state include massive infrastructural development, youth and women empowerment, agricultural development, educational advancement, rural electrification, water supply in the nooks and crannies of the state among others.


The lawmaker, who represents Ardo Kola/Lau/Karim/Lamido federal constituency of Taraba state in the 9th National Assembly Baido, said he has always believed in contributing and giving back to the society where he lives in. 

“My style of leadership overtime symbolizes leadership, nothing to do with position”.

According to Baido, “all you need is the capacity to influence and motivate others to move towards a goal and this can be done at all levels”.

It would be recalled that the SDP gubernatorial aspirant served as Director Finance & Logistics; and was responsible for all preparations towards elections, campaign strategy, finance and logistics for Nyame re-election in 2003.

“Baido is a goal oriented executive with over 25 years of experience in Public Administration, Business Management, Finance, Agriculture, Real Estate and Human Resources Development, Management specialist, with advanced knowledge in Applied Psychology, resource control, public policy analysis, budget and Finance, portfolio management, capital development and microeconomics” the statement concluded.
