The Goal-Getters Group (GGG) has endorsed Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola as their candidate for the 2027 Ogun State governorship election.
The endorsement took place during an interactive session held in Abeokuta on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, according to a press statement by GGG’s Secretary, Prince Adesegun Ogungbayi, on Saturday.
GGG is an organisation that has been adding value to nation-building through empowerment of the youths, widows, and less privileged persons across Nigeria since 2022, especially in Ogun state, where its headquarters.
Ambassador Isola during the interactive session outlined his vision for Ogun State and his plans to drive development and progress.
Honourable Kolawole Sikrullah Oluomo, Chairman of GGG while expressing unwavering support for Ambassador Isola’s governorship aspiration cited his “proven track record of excellence and dedication to the people of Ogun State”.
Secretary of the group, Prince Adesegun Ogungbayi said GGG’s endorsement of Ambassador Isola is a testament to his leadership qualities, experience, and commitment to public service.
Others leaders present at the event such as Dr. Olaniyi Opanuga and Chief Joju Fadairo, also attested to his sterling qualities, saying he is the ideal person to succeed Governor Dapo Abiodun in 2027.
Special prayers were offered by Hon. Akeem Fagbemi and Chief Mrs. Christiana Makinde for the success of the endorsement and the well-being of Ogun State.
