The former Governor, Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar led faction of All Progressives Congress APC has said that the recent federal high court judgement would not in any way deter them from legitimate political activities.

He said the struggle would continue and remain alive until success is achieve.

“We’re not in any way deterred by the Federal High Court, Gusau recent judgement that dismissed the suit it instituted challenging the dissolution of its Executives by the National Caretaker Committee of the Party”.

Reacting to the judgment, the factional APC publicity chairman, Ibrahim Mohammed Birnin Magaji said they are more determined to pursue the case to its logical conclusion, stressing their strong conviction that justice will only be delayed rather than denied.

“Though we are not surprised over the judgment because the outcome was already pronounced by Senator Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura through his recent Press Interviews, this will not however discourage us to appeal the judgment in an attempt to seek for justice”.

The statement maintained that if an internal squabble in the Party could cost it the collosal loss it incurred in 2019 General Elections at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, then there is still hope for a light at the end of the tunnel.

He commended the efforts, contributions and resilience of the Leader of the Party, Honourable Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar his lieutenants, Party Leaders at State, Local Government and Ward levels, Stakeholders, Party Members and sympathizers to keep the Party vibrant yesterday, today and tomorrow as an outlet that will see to the continued  well-being of the People of Zamfara State.
