Member representing Bungudu/Maru Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Dr. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan has handed over remodeled and refurbished Upper Shari’ah Court in Bungudu, Zamfara state.
This was contained in a statement by the spokesman of the federal lawmaker, Aminu Lawal Bungudu and made available to newsmen in Gusau, the State capital.
The statement added that the project components includes total overhauling of the court structure, mosque construction, court fencing and provision of furniture and equipment.
The chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bungudu Local Government and Chairman Zamfara State Forum of APC local government Chairmen, Alhaji Kabiru Lawal Dan Kulu represented the federal lawmaker during the handing over of the renovated facility.
Hon. Bungudu opined that with this development, the task for quick dispensation of justice by the court would no longer be a difficult one.
He congratulated the court authority and office of the State Grand Khadi for recording this feat, urging them to safeguard the facility against vandalization.
Chief Registrar, Abdullahi Usman assisted by the Chief Inspector Shafi’i Ibrahim received the project on behalf of the State Grand Khadi.
