In an address at the ceremony, the Campaign Director of Dauda Lawal, Eng. Garba Ahmad Yandi expressed joy with the massive turn out of the people, pointing out that it was an indication of support to the programme.

He said Dr Dare and former Governor Abdulazeez Yari have common principles of good mind-set of restoring lost glory of Zamfara state.

“They have innovations that would transform the lives of people of the state” he said.

He assured that the scholarship initiative is unique, explaining that the philanthropist has already mapped out plans to ensure that all the needed bursaries and entitlements are paid to both the university management and the students.
