2023: APC flags off gubernatorial campaign in Hadejia

The All Progressive Congress (APC), in Jigawa state on Sunday flagged off its 2023 Gubernatorial campaign in Hadejia town.

Governor Mohammed Badaru Abuabkar, who will conclude his second term as governor of the state next year, said his administration has been executing meaningful developments projects across the state.

Badaru explained that the occasion was meant to present to the people, the Governorship candidate, Senatorial candidate and other candidates from the zone.

According to him there are indications that the APC can retain power in the state and at the federal level.

Also addressing the mammoth crowd at the venue of the rally, the state APC’s Governorship flag bearer, Alhaji Umar Namadi Danmodi said he is ready to pilot the affairs of the state come 2023.

According to Danmodi, the present administration of Governor Badaru has done a lot of projects that have direct bearing on the lives of the ordinary citizen of the state.

He said that the APC’s government has built so many health facilities and roads as well as other Infrastructure across the length and breadth of the state from 2015 to date.

The occasion was attended by chieftains of APC from within and outside the state, including former senator Ubale Shitu, who represented Jigawa North East Senatorial zone and cross carpeted to the APC.
