The Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Jigawa state, Honourable Aminu Sani Gumel has said despite the present challenges in the country, Nigerians have to be grateful to President Mohammadu Buhari’s led administration.
The chairman also said that APC will retain power in Jigawa state in 2023, saying the administration of Governor Mohammed Badaru Abubakar has reportedly done well across the state.
The APC chairman who stated this on Thursday at the Weekly Media Engagement Forum organized by the correspondent chapel, Jigawa state said that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) cannot grab power again in both the state and the national.
On the current insecurity challenges ravaging the country, the chairman reiterated that the situation was still better than it was during the PDP- led government.
He posited that Nigeria is a difficult country to rule by anybody, because of its vast land and heterogeneous structure.
Speaking on the APC in Jigawa state, he said the party was making effort to reconcile it’s warring factions.
