The Nigerian Senate on Wednesday confirmed the appointment of Haliru Nababa as the Controller-General of the Nigerian Correctional Service.
This is sequel to the consideration of the report of the Senate Committee on Interior which screened Nababa.
Senator Kashim Shettima is the chairman of Senate committee on interior.
It would be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari had in a letter on February 23, sought Senate confirmation on the appointment of Nababa, as the CG of the NCS.
