The Secretary General of Dutse Emirate Development Association (DEDA) in Jigawa state, Dr Ado Garba Jangargari has called on Governor Mohammed Badaru Abubakar to provide a site for each of the three federal Institutions in the state.
The Secretary General of DEDA made this known in a statement on Wednesday.
Dr Jangargari appealed to the host communities of Babura, Birninkudu and Kirikasamma local government areas to support and assist the smooth take off of the three Institutions.
The Association also commended president Mohammadu Buhari for citing the three federal higher institutions in the State in one year.
DEDA futher lauded members representing the state at the National Assembly, especially, the member representing Birninkudu/Buji Federal Constituency, Honourable Magaji Da’u who reportedly played great role in bringing the Federal College of Education to Birninkudu.
The statement also applauded effort of the Honourable Member Representing, Guri, Birniwa and Kirikasamma Federal constituency, Dr Abubakar Hassan Fulata for actualization of Federal College of Agriculture Kirikasamma.
