Zamfara Chamber of Commerce donates cash to 200 patients

No fewer than 200 patients with different ailments admitted at hospitals in Gusau, the state capital have benefitted from cash assistance by the zamfara state chamber of Commerce, Agriculture and industries.

Presenting the cash assistance to the beneficiaries at Farida General Hoapital in Gusau, President Zamfara chamber of Commerce, Alhaji Hamza Musa Maibulawus said, the decision was to assist less privileged patients in the state. 

He said the gesture would continue until they are discharge from the Hospital.

At the General Hospital Gusau, the president also donated cash to women and children who were recieving medication.

He also paid similar visit to patients at Federal Medical Centre Gusau, where he donated large sum of money to both women, men and children and prayed for their quick recovery.

Responding on the gesture, Hajiya Maryam one of the beneficiaries said, the  cash assistance came at a time where they were in dire need of money to settle their medical bills, she thanked the chamber for the kind gesture. 

Also speaking shortly after the visit, Alhaji Hamza Musa Maibulawus said, his chamber would continue to assist les priviledged people including smale scale traders to boost their business across the state.

According to him very soon the chamber will start giving out cash loans to business people in the state, stressing that they should support the  administration of Governor Bello Muhammed Matawallen Maradun. 

The president was accompanied by all  Executives members of the chamber in the state.
