PDP Concern forum raises fresh allegation of rigging against APC, INEC in Jigawa state

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Concern Forum led by Umar Danjani Hadejia has cautioned the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Jigawa state chapter to take serious measures against irregularities in the forthcoming governorship’s election.

The Forum urged the commission to take a decisive measures against rigging, over voting and change of result during the forthcoming March 11, 2023 Governorship election.

Addressing reporters on Wednesday in Dutse, the leader of the delegation, Comrade Danjani Hadejia said only God knows the action the PDP will take if such irregularities are repeated again.

He said that all sort of riggings and misconducts were allegedly perpetrated during the last Presidential election by the ruling party, the All Progressive Congress (APC), in connivance with  INEC.

“Videos evidences are also available at hand if you so wish, we would provide it on demand”, he added. 

“Therefore if INEC fail to address the issues mentioned INEC will be held responsible”, he explained. 

“Numerous election rigging took place, and over voting in amost all the 27 LGAs’ polling units. Places affected are Maigatari, Dablin Ringim, and Hedejia LGAs”, he alleged.
