The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) Zamfara state chapter on Wednesday lamented the non payments of salary in Zamfara state.
They urged the state government to save the lives of families of civil servants in the state.
A statement jointly signed by chairmen of NLC and TUC Comrade Sani Halliru and Saidu Mudi respectively, in Gusau said the two unions condemned the non-payment of salary for two months.
The statement which read in part said: “Having patiently waited for the salary, the two labour unions therefore as a matter of responsibility request the state government to save the lives of workers and that of their families”.
