FG commissions Multi-Billion naira Mathematics Complex at Fed Poly Kazaure

A multi-billion naira Mathematics and Statistics complex, built by federal government at the Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic Kazaure was commissioned on Monday.

The edifice was commissioned by the Senator representing Jigawa North-West senatorial zone, Alhaji Babangida Hussaini.

The construction of the multi-million naira Complex was carried out by federal government but was facilitated by the Senator.

Speaking at the event, the Senator promised to support any institution that is ready to provide skill acquisition and vocational training to the teeming youths in the state.

“Not only this institution but any other that is ready to provide jobs to our youths, through skill acquisitions and vocational training in Jigawa state will enjoy my support”, he stated.

He assisted the Institution with two million naira for maintenance, and charged the management to make good use of the edifice to achieve the desired objectives.

Similarly, Dr Sani Wada Dutse, the Rector of the Institution thanked the Senator for the actualisation of the project and promised to do all possible to ensure its good use and maintenance.

“The department will look at possible way of admitting intelligent and brilliant youths into the school.

“I will do my best to provide thousands of jobs to the teeming youths through vocational training and make them self reliant in their respective communities”, he added.
