(SINL NIGERIA) Former Governor of Zamfara State and Senator representing Zamfara West Senatorial zone, Abdul’Aziz Abubakar Yari has constructed a world class Jumu’at Mosque in Dada village of Garbadu District , Talata Mafara Local Government area of the State.
Speaking during the official inauguration of the mosque in Dada, Senator Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar, who spoke through former chairman of Talata Mafara local government, Alhaji Dahiru Maiyara Garbadu urged people of Dada Community to make good use of the Mosque, not only as praying point, but also make it a preaching and learning center.
The first Jumu’at prayer was observed and led by the former commissioner for religious affairs, Dr. Abdullahi Mahrazu.
In his sermon, Mahrazu commended the efforts of Senator Abdulaziz Yari for building the wonderful Mosque, describing it as a world class.
He further appealed to well to do individuals and politicians to emulate Senator Yari in such generous activities.
Personalities that attended the commissioning of the newly constructed mosque include chairman of Jama’atil Izalatil Bid’a Wa’ikamatis- sunnah Talata Mafara Branch, Dr. Abdullahi Sani, popularly known as malan Usama.
