(SINL NIGERIA) Zamfara State Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Balarabe Maikaba has assured Christians in the State of robust security arrangement for peaceful and secured Easter celebration.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Spokesman of the State Police Command, DSP Yazid Abubakar and made available to Journalists in Gusau, the State Capital.
The statement added that the Command has implemented comprehensive measures, including strategic deployment of personnel and enhanced surveillance across the State, in collaboration with sister security agencies, to ensure a crime-free and orderly celebration.
“The Command urges the public to remain vigilant, celebrate responsibly, and report any suspicious persons or activities to the nearest police station or security agency for immediate action”, he added.
“The Zamfara State Command reaffirms its unwavering commitments for the protection of lives and property, and will continue to uphold law and order throughout the Easter festivities and beyond.
“We wish all residents and visitors a peaceful, joyful, and safe Easter celebration”
