Senator Elisha Abbo representing Adamawa North senatorial zone has joined the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Abbo announced his defection in a letter addressed to the upper legislative chamber.
Indeed, Senate President Ahmad Lawan read the letter during Wednesday’s plenary session.
Acccording to Senator Abbo his decision to defect to the APC followed mismanagement of the party in Adamawa state by Governor Umaru Fintiri.
