Abuja Muslim forum holds 100million naira fund raising iftar dinner Saturday

The Abuja Muslim Forum will on Saturday Ramadan 15th 1443AH which is equivalent to 16th April, 2022 hold 100 million Naira fund raising Iftar Dinner in  Abuja.


A statement jointly signed by Ustadh (Barr) Luqman Jamiu Ahmad, AMEER and Alh. Saheed Sanusi, PhDSecretary said.

The Iftar Dinner event is targeted at raising funds to execute projects of the Forum which include Building of Forum’s Mosque and Secretariat, Medical Bills and Scholarship for the indigent, Empowerment, Da’wah Van and General Da’wah activities.

The Iftar Dinner ticket according to the statement are categorized as follows: (POPULAR TICKETS) 
1 Person  – 50002 Person. – 90003 Person – 130004 Person – 170005 Person – 20000


 SPECIAL AND GOLD TICKETS1 Person – 25000Multiple of 25,000 or above for additional persons.


The Forum urged interested members of the public to pay into the Forum’s account: ABUJA MUSLIM FORUM,FIRST BANK PLC. ACCOUNT NO: 2007435623.


The statement added that Senator Ali Mohammed Ndume is expected at the Iftar Dinner and will chair the occasion.


Also expected are Ogbeni AbdulRaf Aregbesola, Hon Minister of Interior as Special Guest of Honour, Prof. Isa Ali Pantami, Hon Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Mall. Ibrahim Shekarau,  Sen. Ahmad Sanni Yerima, Sen. Bala Muhammad and others as Special Guests of Honour.


Dr. Mohammed Kiyari Dikwa, mni is the Chief Launcher and Alhaji (Dr) Ahmed Rāji, SAN, FCIArb (Uk) are Chief Launcher.
Shaykh (Dr) Tajudeen Adigun Bello, Chief Imam, Muslim Community Centre, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja is the spiritual father of the Day.

The Iftar Dinner is scheduled to hold at Green Minds Hotel, Opposite Utako Market, next to the National Headquarters of FOMWAN, Utako, Abuja from  4:00pm.

Abuja Muslim Forum established in 1991 is the umbrella body for Islamic organizations in the FCT and is aimed at propagating Islam and fostering unity among Muslim ummah.
