Justice S. U Bature of the federal high Court Abuja on Thursday extended an order allowing Victor Giadom to occupy the office of National chairman of APC in an Acting capacity.

Similarly, the court also ordered Comrade Mustapha Salihu to remain as the National Secretary of the party.
