The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has dissolved the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.

Consequently, the party has appointed Yobe Governor, Mai Mala Buni, as Chairman Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Committee of the party.

NEC’s decision followed the recommendation of President Muhammadu Buhari.
