Women have been called to harness their potentials optimally in order to contribute to the growth of the nation through integrated government policies, programmes and projects.
The National President, Association of Women in Trade and Agriculture (AWITA), Mrs. Ruth Agbo, said during the 1st year Anniversary of the Association of Women in Trade and Agriculture (AWITA).
According to her, “AWITA, is poised to support her members in development opportunity through inclusive education and decent work in line with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, (SDGs).
She added that “with digital marketing in the digital space, Woman create a market hub for Small and Medium Enterprises, (SMEs).
Highlight of the occasion was the decoration of HRH Amb. Audu Shaban Nizozo 111, Etsu of Kwali.
