The Academic Staff Union of Universities has commenced an indefinite strike.
The union’s President, Biodun Ogunyemi, at a press briefing in its National Secretariat in Abuja on Monday, noted that the Federal Government had failed to address the issues raised by its members.
It would be recalled that following the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), the union begun a two-week warning strike.
