Buhari support group donates food items to Jigawa vulnerable

A group, Buhari support group has distributed 25 kilogramme of assorted grains as prayer incentive to 5,400 Jigawa family members.

Chairman of the Support Group, Alhaji Ado Sani Kiri said the food items would be shared amongst the extremely poor people within the 27 local governments of the state.


Kiri, who represents Taura/Ringim Federal constituency at the House of Representatives assured that the distribution of the food items was aimed at giving succour to the lives of the poor, who in return are expected to fervently pray for the continue peace of the state and nation at large.


On his part, the Jigawa state Governor, Alhaji Muhammed Badaru Abubakar who flagged off the distribution at the Dutse Secretariat said, “today’s insecurity has to do with years of agressions and wrong persecution of certain individuals that later germinated and culminated into the monster we are experiencing in some parts of the country”.
