Hoodlums on Saturday burgled the residence of the Senator representing Oyo Central at the 9th Senate, Senator Teslim Folarin located at Oluyole estate.
Senator Teslim confirmed the ugly incident on Fresh FM on Saturday in a telephone interview program, monitored by SINL Nigeria correspondent.
Folarin stated that about 300 motorcycles, deep freezers, food items among others were looted, saying it were meant for empowerment for his constituents.
While expressing his concerns over the invade, he said “I am relieved because no life was lost.”
Folarin is the chairman Senate committee on local content.
