Former President Buhari donates N10m to Jigawa fire disaster victims

(SINL NIGERIA) Former President Mohammadu Buhari has donated the sum of N10million to victims of tanker explosion in Majiya town in Taura local government Area of Jigawa State.

The former President arrived Dutse on Tuesday around 5.00 pm. 

On arrival, he went to the Rasheed Shekoni Federal University Teaching Hospital Dutse, to see the victims presently receiving treatment at the hospital.

The President was accompanied on the visit by some of his former cabinet Ministers, including Professor Ibrahim Ali Pantami.

Others were Hadi Sirika, former Minister of Aviation and Boss Mustapha, the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, as well as  Engineer Suleiman Adamu, former Minister of Water Resources among others.

The acting Governor of the state, Engineer Aminu Usman Gumel thanked the President and his entourage for the donation to the victims and families of those who lost loved ones.
