The newly elected President, Nigeria Football Federation NFF, Ibrahim Musa Gusau has assured to be good ambassador of kinsmen, saying he would not disappoint Nigerians during his tenure.
He pledged to run an inclusive administration where all stakeholders will be allow to contribute on the best way to improve the NFF.
He spoke with our correspondent on Thursday in Gusau shortly after he hosted various groups at his Gusau resident.
He expressed his commitment for more development at NFF.
He however reiterated his commitment to the development of grassroot football at all levels, saying “administration of football requires the wisdom to listen to any one who has the knowledge of developing the sector.
“My leadership will concentrate much on youth and grassroots football development with a view to produce young talented players that can make this country proud in both local and international tournaments” he stated.
Commenting on the current domestic league in the country, the NFF President stated that his leadership is committed to ensuring that the country’s domestic leagues is resuscitated within a short possible period.
“It is very important to resuscitate the league where every stakeholder can benefit and also be happy to contribute to its development” he added.
