JIBWIS organises Walima for 10 Qur’anic Memorisers in Tambuwal, Sokoto

The Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’ah Wa’Ikamtis Sunnah (JIBWIS) with its National Headquarters in Jos, Plateau State has organised Special Walima for 10 youths who Memorised the complete holy Qur’an in Tambuwal Local  Government Area, Sokoto State.


Speaking at the occasion in Tambuwal on Saturday, the Chairman, National Ulama Council of JIBWIS, Sheik Muhammad Sani Yahaya Jingir described the development as  commendable and worthy of emulation. 


It would be recalled that the memorisers graduated from the Madarisatul Tahfizul Qur’an Waddirasatil Islamiyah under JIBWIS Tambuwal LGA.


Sheik Jingir represented by his Deputy, Sheik Sa’eed Hassan Jingir described the occasion as a welcome development to the Islamic World. 


“This is great achievement to the development of Islamic religion, recitation and memorisation of the holy qur’an is one of the good deeds that increase our closeness to the Almighty Allah SWA”, Sheikh Jingir said. 


He urged parents and guardians to always enrol their childrens in Tahfiz and Islamic Schools at young so that they can grow up with complete Islamic knowledge.


The Islamic Scholar also charged youths to embrace both Islamic and Western Education in order to contribute to the development of the religioun and society in general.


“Youths, you are the leaders of tomorrow, you should avoid any act that will divert your attention from doing what will be good for your future.


“I commend the efforts of these our able memorisers and their teachers, l am higly impressed with what l witness today, this is a great achievement to the JIBWIS and entire Muslim Family all over the World”, he added.

The National Chairman Ulama also commended the leadership of JIBWIS in Tambuwal LGA branch under Sheik Muhammad Bello Dangaladima and Tambuwal JIBWIS Youths Preaching Committee for the foresight in establishing the school.


Earlier, Chairman of Ulama Council, Sokoto State,  Sheik Abubakar Usman Mabara appreciated the National Leadership of JIBWIS for attending the occasion.


Mabera urged the memorisers to further seek both Islam and Western education, saying they have bright future ahead.


He called for support from government at all levels and well meaning individuals to support Islamic education at grassroots.
