The Plateau State commissioner for Information and Communication, Hon. Dan Manjang has outlined programme of events to mark the mid term celebration of Governor Simon Lalong in office.
He noted that there will be commissioning, inspection and flag-off of projects at Plateau South, Plateau Central and Plateau North Senatorial Districts for the prosperity of the people.
Hon. Manjang, who disclosed this on Sunday at a press briefing, at old Government House Jos, said the rescue administration is determined to improve on the living condition of Plateau people.
He said that the event commenced with a special Christian prayer on Sunday while commissioning/inspection of projects will take place on Wednesday at Plateau Southern Senatorial District.
Manjang explained that commissioning/inspection/ flag-off of Projects for Plateau Central will commenced on Thursday; while commissioning and inspection of ongoing projects in Plateau North has been slated for Friday.
The Commissioner noted that Governor Lalong will make a live broadcast on Saturday, after which there will be Special Golf Kitty by 9:am, saying there will be town hall meeting, dinner and submission of EndSARS report in the state between 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
The Director of Press and Public Affairs, Dr. Makut Simon Macham said programmes for the mid term celebration are anchored on the three point agenda of the Governor Lalong rescue administration.
He said the events will cut across peace and security of lives and property, good governance, and economic rebirth among others.
