Muslim, Muslim ticket: Nigeria not govern by religious principle -Senator Marafa

The Zamfara state Coordinator of All Progressives Congress (APC), Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Senator Kabiru Marafa has observed that there is nothing wrong on Muslim Muslim ticket, saying the whole issue is hypocrisy.

“I don’t see anything wrong on Muslims Muslims ticket, the whole issue is hypocrisy, Nigeria is not govern by religion or in line with religious principle”Senator Marafa said.

Addressing newsmen shortly after  stakeholders, consultation meeting with various groups in Gusau, Zamfara state capital on Sunday, he assured that the party was committed to victory in 2023 general elections. 

He assured that Zamfara electorate would deliver more than 25% required votes to Tinubu/Shattima in 2023 general election in the state. 

“We are committed to more and adequate consultations to reach every stakeholder for the success of our party, APC candidates at all levels, we will deliver more than 25% percent required for APC president in 2023 God willing”.

He disclosed that the North West Region remain the strong hope of political party victory in wining the elections in the country.

“Northwest is the strong hope of the party in the forthcoming 2023 general elections “.

According to him, APC always  promote unity among members, preaches peace.”

“We appreciate efforts of uniting all aggrieved members in the state. 

“Any presidential candidate must have  the support of North west before he realise ambition to be president of this country, North west would not be left, this time around Zamfara state will be the best interms of votes cast to APC”. Marafa stressed.

He maintained that Zamfara APC is one and we always speak with one voice, “God willing Zamfara state would provide more than 25% percent required votes for Tinubu in 2023 general elections”.
