Rafindadi declares First Abuja Interior and Furniture Virtual Expo open

(SINL NIGERIA) The First Abuja Interior and Furniture Virtual Expo has been unveiled in Abuja.

The expo is in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment.

Declaring the expo open on Friday, the Project Coordinator, Faisal Jafar Rafindadi said the event marks a significant milestone in an effort to promote and showcase the latest trends, products, and innovations in the interior design and furniture industry. 

He added that it provides a unique platform for industry professionals, manufacturers, and enthusiasts to connect, network, and explore new possibilities.

The project Coordinator noted that in the next two days stakeholders will have the opportunity to engage with leading industry experts, witness product demonstrations, and discover innovative solutions that will shape the future of interior design and furniture.

Rafindadi said “I would like to express my deepest gratitude to our esteemed guests, exhibitors, and participants who have taken the time to join us for this groundbreaking event. Your presence is a testament to the growing importance of this industry in Nigeria.

“I also want to acknowledge the support and collaboration of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment, without which this event would not have been possible.

“I invite you all to explore, learn, and connect with each other. Let us work together to promote and grow this industry, and to make Nigeria a hub for interior design and furniture excellence”.

Earlier in a welcome address, the Director Contact and Mobilization, Dr. Kabir Mustapha stated that the inaugural event is in line with the Federal Government’s renewed hope agenda to support the digital economy via model technology. “As the first of its kind in Nigeria, this expo demonstrates our commitment to leveraging technology to drive growth and development” he said.

According to Mustapha “In a pioneering move, we have chosen to launch this expo as a virtual event, with plans to transition to a physical format in the last quarter of this year. This innovative approach will enable us to reach a wider audience, foster global connections, and provide a unique experience for all participants”.

He added that the organizers are thrilled to bring together industry leaders, innovators, and enthusiasts from across Nigeria and beyond, to showcase the latest trends, products, and services in the interior and furniture sector.

Meanwhile, he acknowledged the support of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment, as well as the Nigerian Association of Engineering Craftsmen under the auspices of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
