The Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, has condoled with Senator Teslim Folarin,over the death of his wife, Barrister Angela Nwaka Folarin.
Senator Folarin represents Oyo Central Senatorial District.
Lawan, in a statement by Ola Awoniyi his Special Adviser on Media expressed shock and deep sadness at the tragic news, describing the deceased as a pillar of the family.
“I commiserate with Distinguished Senator Folarin on this most painful experience of the death of a loving wife.
“I urge Senator Folarin, as a devout Muslim, to accept the sad development as the will of Allah. I also pray the Almighty God to comfort the family,” Lawan says.
The Senate President condoled with members of the Folarin family, the Government and people of Oyo State over this painful loss.
He prayed Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the dear departed and accept her soul into Aljannah firdausi.
