Subsidy Removal: Orphans, women, aged to get preference during distribution of palliatives in Jigawa

The Executive Secretary, Jigawa state Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Alhaji Haruna Mairiga has assured that orphans, women and aged people would be  given special consideration during the distribution of palliatives, occasioned by removal of subsidy on Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).

Maigari who spoke in an interview with SINL Nigeria Online over the weekend in Dutse, explained that the state Governor, Umar Namadi has directed that the distribution would cover the entire populace in the state.

“Governor Namadi directed that the orphans, the aged and women be given special treatment in the distribution of the palliatives”.
