Senator Ibrahim Bomai, representing Yobe south senatorial zone at the 9th Senate has said the governor of Yobe state, Mai Mala Buni has entrenched dividends of democracy in the state.
Acccording to Bomai, the joy and dividends of democracy has made the state a one party state.
The lawmaker spoke recently when he played host to newsmen in Potiskum, shortly after voting during the local government election.
“We are happy now that democracy has been entrenched, people at the grass root are electing their leaders and showing commitment to the All Progressives Congress (APC)” he said.
