Zamfara Educational system needs surgery, says APC Reps Candidate

The All Progressive Congress, (APC) candidate for the seat of Bungudu/Maru federal constituency, Honourable Abdulmalik Zubairu has said the state educational system needs surgery, hence he called for revitalisation of the system.

Zubairu spoke shortly after he emerged candidate of the party at the primary election.

He said he will continue with the good work he had started if elected to represent the people of his constituency at the National Assembly.

Recall, Hon Zubairu was at the House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019.

“I will continue from where I stopped during my first tenure at the National Assembly”.

He however assured to give more attention to security, education and welfare of his people.


“If elected in 2023, I will do my best to protect the interest of my people, particularly in the area of security, education and welfare”.

He commended the delegates who elected him at the primary election and promised that he will not let them down.


“I thank Governor Bello Mattawalle, former Governor Abdul Aziz Yari and Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa for the reconciliation of our party members, I also urge all APC supporters to bury their differences for the progress and development of the party”.


 “My emergence was an act of God, I appeal to those who contested with me to join me for more development” he said.
