The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship candidate in Jigawa state, Mustapha Sule Lamido on Monday inaugurated his campaign Council and Directorate in Dutse.
“I have the honour and privilege to formally inaugurate the Jgawa state PDP campaign council and directorate, under the control of the party”, Mustapha Lamido said.
According to Lamido, the campaign council is the supreme advisory body that will guide the activities of the campaign directorate which is the operational body tasked with organizing and executing all campaign activities.
He therefore urged members to work for the victory of the presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Gubernatorial candidate and his deputy, as well as the national assembly candidates.
“We must play politics of decency, modern, transparent and innovative. While campaigning, we must be diplomatic, tactical and sensitive to the plight of the suffering people”, he added.
