For the second day running, Police and other security operatives still keep seige at the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC)
SINL Nigeria online correspondent gathered that only party staff who reported for work on Thursday were granted access to their offices while party members who came to the Secretariat were turned back.
Journalists assigned to cover the activities of the party were allowed access to the Secretariat after proper identification.
