Enugu Ministry of Health on Monday morning said tests on suspected coronavirus patient in Enugu proved negative.
Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health in Enugu, Dr Ifeanyi Agujiobi, in a statement said the tests were carried out at IRUA Specialist Hospital, Edo State.
He explained the results have been confirmed by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) .
“We hereby enjoin the general public to go about their normal business however to remain alert and vigilant observing basic personal health hygiene,” Agujiobi stated.
